Payment for your Weekend Getaway is due within 7 days of your Confirmation Email being sent. Your email should arrive within 4 days of Registering for an event. We also send emails if an event sells out prior to it being posted to let you know that you are on a Wait List. If you do not see an email from us letting you know your status (as well as the tablemates you registered using YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS) , be sure to check your Junk/Spam Mail folder as these confirmations go out in bulk and are often blocked. If you still can't find it, it is your responsibility to contact us by phone or email to check your status so your spaces aren't filled.
We accept both Checks and Credit Cards as forms of payment. Credit Cards are now processed through PAYPAL by using the shopping cart below. You are also able to pay for MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS in one transaction by updating the number that you are paying for in the PAYPAL shopping cart.

If you are paying for more than one person, please include a small note with the names of those you are paying for. If a family member with a different name is paying for you, please write your name in the note area on check so we know who the payment is for.
If you have a GIFT CERTIFICATE and are paying through PAYPAL , please leave a note in the Comments Section when you check out with the amount of the Gift Certificate and we will Credit Your Paypal Account. If you prefer you can send your exact payment directly to our Paypal Account which is QueenOfTheCropGetaways@msn.com .
