If paying with a Credit Card or Bank Account through PAYPAL, you will need to click on PAYMENT OPTIONS on the Home page of our website to process your Paypal request. You do not need a Paypal Account to process a Credit Card and can pay for multiple people in one transaction. If you are having trouble accessing that page or have a Gift Certificate you'd like to use you can send the amount owed directly to QueenOfTheCropGetaways@msn.com .
All CREDIT CARDS are processed through PAYPAL ONLY so please don't type your account number on the Registration Form.
Event Policies (UPDATED - Please Read prior to Registering):
-GETAWAY cancellations received up to 45 days prior to event start date are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 - 45 days prior to event start date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received 7 - 14 days are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after those dates or for No Shows. No Refunds will be given for our LOCAL CROPS. You may transfer your Registration to another individual with no penalty as long as the new attendee pays you directly. Otherwise there will be a $10 Fee for the change. In either case, you MUST notifying us of the change prior to the event starting. It is very difficult to fill spots after 45 days prior to event start date even if there is a Wait List. Most attendees need to make special Childcare and Work Arrangements. Therefore these Cancellation Fees are non negotiable.
-We reserve the right to cancel any event .If it is necessary for us to cancel the event , all payments to Scrapbook Queen Getaways,LLC. will be refunded . We are not responsible for any travel arrangements that were already made. In the case of bad weather, refunds will only be given if we cancel the scrapbook event. The hotels still require us to pay them regardless of weather conditions under our contract.
-No children under the age of 12 will be allowed in the Crop Room. There must be at least one adult per every two attendees ages 13 - 18 in the crop room at all times.
-All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
- No Solicitating allowed. This includes advertising other Scrapbook Events(Crops or Getaways) for Independent Scrapbook & Stamp Consultants, Scrapbook Stores, or Individuals.
I hereby release Scrapbook Queen Getaways,LLC. ,its sponsors, and employees from any liability , claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result out my attendance at the Scrapbook Queen Getaway., whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to me or my invitees.I hereby give my consent to use any of the photos that I may be included in at the event on the Scrapbook Queen Getaways,LLC. website and advertising materials.
